Love this from Kobe Bryant on AAU basketball. The same could be said about a majority of travel/club/AAU style teams of ANY sport.

When done correctly, they can be a great benefit. However, many of them are NOT done correctly, which is what Kobe addresses in his comments.

On a side note, I’ve slowly grown to actually like Kobe a little bit over the last few years.
