When they announced it, I wasn’t a fan of the second wild card spot. And, I think most I’ve talked to feel the same about the one game WC play-in game (it should be a condensed 3 game series).

However, if adding that second wild card spot gives us the FIRST EVER (& better odds for a future) Cubs vs Cards playoff matchup…count me in!
