Pretty busy day in history. General Lee surrenders to General Grant ending the Civil War. First U.S. astronauts introduced. The Beatles break up and Billy the Kid is convicted of murder.

I love reading about all this stuff and try to go to the page every day. 

The Billy the Kid story is actually pretty cool. He killed that corrupt sheriff for murdering his former boss and was forever an outlaw. They had a show called Gunslingers on one of the history channels that talked about all those awesome gunslingers like Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, etc.
