I do not condone looting and rioting, but I’m tired of people talking trash about the St. Louis area because of the looting, rioting, and general behavior of people in Ferguson.

We’ve seen groups of people in great cities such as Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, etc loot and riot because their respective city’s sports team won a championship. A happy moment!

At least the folks in New Orleans and Ferguson were/are distraught over a legitimate, devastating, social issue, and not what is supposed to be a celebratory moment. I’m not saying it’s right, but let’s just put some things in perspective before we go characterizing a town, region, and their people.
