Value of a Vote

“I value my vote more than giving it to the lesser of two evils. How many times have you and your friends sat around, talked politics, and said ‘well I voted for this person because I thought they were the lesser or the least damaging of two options’?

I’ve done that. I’m done with it. I am no longer giving my vote to the lesser of two idiots because in the end I’ve still voted for an idiot. I will write-in a vote, or I will vote for a third-party candidate before I will any more give one of these groups or one of these people who I don’t think deserves it something I value as much as I value my vote.”

Awesome quote from Randy Newberg, an outdoorsman, speaking in regards to the issue of transferring federal public lands over to States, and the general dilemma facing voters most years.
