Nice win by Chicago
Nice win by Chicago. They pushed the issue and took advantage of mistakes like a good team. Sucks having to see Arrieta in game 3. On the bright side, Cards have only given up 1 ER in two games and Chicago is playing small ball. We matchup much better with that style of play. The…

It’s Complicated
Since we’re on the verge of tonight’s unprecedented series, and what is likely the first of many games of high importance between the Cards and Cubs over the next few years, I feel the need to make this post. I want the Cardinals to win the World Series EVERY year. I get excited and nervous…

Mo Knows
Great game! I would like to recant EVERY bad thing I said about the Lackey trade. #MoKnows Still work to do, cause I think we need to go to Chicago up 2-0 with Arrieta on the bump in game 3. Go CARDS!

Second Wild Card
When they announced it, I wasn’t a fan of the second wild card spot. And, I think most I’ve talked to feel the same about the one game WC play-in game (it should be a condensed 3 game series). However, if adding that second wild card spot gives us the FIRST EVER (& better odds…

Arrieta vs Cole
I’m not a fan of the Cubs or Pirates, but if you’re a baseball fan you should be tuning in tonight. Tonight’s game could be one of the best pitching showdowns of the entire playoffs, AND it has 2 of the best 3 teams in MLB. My prediction: Cubs win 2-0 behind a CG SO…

Do we have to…
Do we have to play the rest of this game? I mean it’s kinda pointless with Arietta. Bring on the Cubbies!

I love taking these quizzes and I got Bob Gibson for this one! I took the quizzes for Cards, Bucs, and Cubs and got: Yadier Molina, Starling Marte, and Kyle Schwarber. http://www.foxsports.com/mlb/story/2015-mlb-postseason-new-york-yankees-… I got Joc Pederson in this quiz: http://m.mlb.com/cutfour/2015/10/06/153394840/quiz-which-young-postseaso…?

Cardinals Devil Magic
“The Cardinals should be struggling to stay above .500, bemoaning the loss of their ace, one of their #2 starters, their starting catcher, their first baseman, and a half-dozen different outfielders. And instead, they’re here again, threatening to win a championship. Again.” Yup, pretty much sums up our season. Deepest team in the league hands…

Not sure I can watch anymore
I love baseball. However, I’m not sure I can continue watching the Cardinals this year. At this point, I kinda just want them to go home, rest, and come back healthy next year. I hope Piscotty is okay.
